Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized Consultant of Mellouise, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Mellouise site. By signing up for the Mellouise Consultant program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

This agreement is between you and Mellouise. When you agree to these terms, you are confirming that you understand and will abide by our terms.

- If I decide to recruit and grow a team, I understand that it is my responsibility to train and support my downline.

- While representing the Mellouise name, I will conduct myself (as a reflection of the MELLOUISE image) in a professional, respectful, ethical and legal manner. I understand that if I am found acting in an inappropriate manner, I can be terminated without notice as a Mellouise Consultant.

- I understand that if I am terminated from Mellouise for violating terms, I will forfeit any downline team members.

- I understand that commission payouts require a minimum of $20.00.  I understand that commissions are paid automatically on Friday each week unless it falls on a banking holiday; in that case, commissions will be paid on the next business day.  I may not request commissions to be paid on any other date or if they are under the minimum. This is to prohibit Consultants quitting just to receive their commission and then sign up again.

- I will comply with all federal, state, county and municipal laws and regulations. I understand that it is my responsibility to report and submit all withholdings as may be required by law.

- I understand that in order to remain active as an Mellouise Consultant, that I will need to log into my back office at least once every 30 days.

- I agree when advertising for Mellouise, that I must indicate that you are an “Independent Representative” of Mellouise.  If I decide to create social media pages or ads, I cannot use the term “Official Page or Group”.

- I understand that I am Independent Representative of Mellouise, I am not an employee, partner, agent or franchisee.  I am not authorized to incur any debt or obligation in the name of or on behalf of Mellouise.

- I agree that if decide to recruit a downline, I may not use the terms “Now Hiring” or “Job Opportunity” in my advertisement.  Potential downline members should understand that they would also be an independent representative.

- I understand that other Mellouise Consultants may advertise in the same social media outlets.  I agree that I will be respectful of their ads.  I will not report or abuse their advertisements in any way and agree to space my own advertisements on these pages at a respectful distance.

- I understand negative comments, foul language and disrespect of other Mellouise Consultants, competing companies and corporate members will not be tolerated and is cause for termination.

- I agree I will not sell or misuse coupon codes.

- I understand that these terms may be modified at a future date by Mellouise.

- I agree that Mellouise is not responsible for my business activities and promotion of their products through me and I fully release Mellouise from any liability. I agree to indemnify Mellouise for any damages or penalties that arise from my unauthorized conduct.

- I agree that I will not recruit or try to sell other company’s products to representatives of Mellouise.  I understand that I may not use Mellouise members as a contact list for other companies and this violation is grounds for immediate termination.

- I agree that this Agreement will be governed by the Laws of the State of New Jersey.

- BY CLICKING “AGREE” I AM DECLARING THAT I HAVE FULLY READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MELLOUISE.
